Do we ever give the idea that what goes around, comes around any thought? We take many acts without fully realizing how they may affect other individuals. Thank goodness, life always manages to remind us that we ought to be a little more considerate.

One guy realized he could no longer take care of his mother when his father passed away, so he moved her into a nursing home. He paid her occasional visits, but she was unhappy there.

He received word one day that his mother was in worse health. Feelings were nonexistent. As a matter of fact, it appeared as though she was in her dying days.

Arriving at the nursing home quickly was the son. Straight to his mother’s room, he asked her if there was anything he could do to help.

The woman claimed she had few requests and stared directly into his eyes. At then, he declared that he would be more than happy to grant her last desire.

The mother then went on to say that the fans were malfunctioning and that she occasionally felt as though she was suffocating. If you could replace the refrigerator as well… Days went by when I went to bed hungry because the food had gone bad,” she said.

Startled was the son. He believed his mother to be unconscious of her impending death. After that, he questioned her for not telling him all about it earlier. Now was too late.

I know I will die, but I think of you when your children won’t want you near to them either, the mother replied, gazing into his eyes. And they will bring you here.Better conditions will then be found. You receive what you offer. Not forget that.

The son was torn to pieces by these remarks. He was aware that leaving his mother at the nursing home against her will was a mistake.

Never forgetting that it is our duty to ensure that our parents have a joyful golden age.
