“I Dream of Jeannie” Historical Photo Is Unaltered Take a Good Look

Popular TV program “I Dream of Jeannie” ran from 1965 to 1970. This comedic series centers on astronaut Major Tony Nelson, who on a mission discovers a genie named Jeannie in a magical bottle. With Tony trying to hide her abilities, wish-granting Jeannie produces a lot of hilarious moments.

Barbara Eden gave Jeannie a charming and funny performance. Eden played in a number of films and TV series before to this one, but “I Dream of Jeannie” helped her become well-known.

As Major Tony Nelson, Larry Hagman skillfully captured Tony’s battle to conceal Jeannie’s magic. With his part in “Dallas,” Hagman became even more well-known after this program.
